So this session is rocks. Highly effective. No frills. I do have one suggestion for you to try though. For the 1st exercise (V-Bar Extension) instead of keeping the cableβs pulley low and swinging yourself around with the weight in order to get into position, you can simply raise the pulley up to about chest height and bend over with your torso parallel to the floor. Itβll accomplish the same thing. It just depends on what you prefer. I personally donβt mind swinging around with the low position. I like the feel of it, but Itβs up to you ππΌ you can do it as long as it doesnβt limit the amount of weight youβre able to lift for your set

I just feel my elbows burning on any tricep exercise and Iβm doing these movements exactly the same, I donβt understand. Same as biceps, my elbows just feel hot and burn.
