@Xfinity @Xfinity, Based on a call to your care team, there was no resolution except for me to leave. We needed to cut cost and we don’t even watch the cable AT ALL. My plan was to go with internet only. If you can do something today I’ll cancel my @ATT install RIGHT NOW.

You CANNOT demand 2 parties come together to resolve how a singular person’s SSN is managed. Any system (Comcast’s) that ties one person’s SSN to another individual and then gives them power over it should be noted as fraudulent activity, require restitution, and be taken down.
