Sales Executive Energy & Infrastructure

Jotun is looking for a positive and proactive Sales Executive to promote and sell our high quality product range to Energy & Infra projects. It is a big plus if you have experience and knowledge about the Protective Coatings market in Norway.

Your responsibility will be to support the Sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new and existing customers by developing strong customer relationships. In our sales team, we have a set of Jotun sales tools and techniques which we utilise to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

Responsibilities:

As our new Sales Executive you will

  • Support Segment management team to achieve sales target by managing relationships with customers and pursuing growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
  • Support developing customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying the relevant customer needs, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customers’ needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups, and respond to inquiries in order to recommend and ensure that Jotun is preferred for the projects.
  • Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used to achieve the sales budget.
  • Liaise with the client market and respond to sales and technical inquiries, introducing new products, and monitoring projects by specifications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications:

In order to succeed we believe you should have:

- Experience with working in a sales driven environment

- Knowledge of Protective/Marine paint and Passive Fire Protection

- Fluency in English language

- Driver license class B

Preferably you should also have

- FROSIO level III

- Experience of working with CRM system
