As an approved FBI Channeler, IdentoGO Centers can securely capture and transmit your individual information to the FBI and safely allow you to access your Federal background check results.

How long does it take to get fingerprint results back from IdentoGO? Your fingerprint card will be processed and sent to the TBI and FBI for reading and reporting. This process will take approximately 7-10 days once IdentoGO by MorphoTrust has received the card.

IDEMIA will provide all Authorization Codes to an email address provided by Customer, in a password-protected file. Customer may distribute the Authorization Codes to applicants via any method of delivery (e.g., email, US mail).

The USPS office doing your background check should get back to you within a few days, assuming they aren't too swamped with applications. If there are a lot of applicants, though, they may take a few weeks to respond.

An authorization code is a six digit alphanumeric code which is generated after making a transaction. You need to contact your Bank / Card provider for helping you with the Authorization Code specific to the transaction date and amount.

How do I get my fingerprint results from IdentoGO PA? ›

It's easy! Visit a local IdentoGO Centers, securely provide your fingerprints which we will submit electronically to the FBI. A link will be emailed to you to safely access your Federal background check results.

For example, a credit card authorization code is a five- or six-number code from the issuing bank to the vendor, that authorizes the sale. If the credit card used is counterfeit or if the card is over its predetermined limit, the credit card company will automatically decline the sale.

The standard for employment-related background checks in Texas is seven years, except for criminal convictions, which may be reported indefinitely. The seven-year limit applies to tax liens, suits or judgments, and most credit history. Records of bankruptcies may go back as far as 10 years.

It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the electronic fingerprinting. The fingerprinting location will charge a fee for the process. Once the fingerprinting is completed, future renewals will not require a repeat of the process.

The fingerprint requirement is a one-time requirement if an active license is maintained. However, if you fail to submit a timely renewal or allow your license to be closed, you will be required to submit new fingerprints if you apply for a subsequent license in the future.
