Now I can say I am a double Alumni from the University of Southern Mississippi! Finished my second Master’s degree in Human Capital Development! I am very grateful for the Professors and Cohorts! PMP this week, then time to find my post military career! #lifelonglearner #opentowork

Looks like a dream job! Seattle is just not in the cards…reposting for those in my network who would thrive in a job like this. Aka structures and metal tech instructors

Friends/colleagues, It has been a great year, but I am moving on from my position at Second Air Force. Looking for something a little different. Hopefully, I will find something along the lines of Director of Facilities, Workforce Training, or Program Management. Hopefully, I can find the next career that quenches my thirst to grow, help others grow, and feeds my passion to make a difference.Respectfully,Dave

Good Morning! Got a little motivation this morning worth sharing from two great daily devotionals… It would be hypocritical for leaders to expect growth in thier team if they aren’t growing themselves. How we respond to receiving a few hits will be the model for others to follow or dismiss…we must keep our efforts strategically aligned to ensure we are on the same heading towards common goals.
